Angel Investor Staff Scholarship

To qualify for the Angel Investor Staff Scholarship, you must:

Be a full-time employee of UTPA;
have at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average;
be an undergraduate student pursuing a first bachelor's degree; and
not be in default of any student loan.

Award amount is $500/semester and student will be reimbursed after grades post for fall and/or spring semesters. Student must be enrolled in a minimum of at least three hours a semester and receive a “C” or better after grades post.

Deadline: Submit application by last class day of semester for which reimbursement is being requested.
(If applying for both fall and spring, submit application by last class day of fall semester.)

UTPA Staff Assistance Scholarship Program

To qualify for this scholarship, you must:

Have completed at least two performance evaluations (SEPAP), minimally reflecting "meets expectations;" (If a recent performance evaluation is not available, please file one with Personnel Services).
Comply with the Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy;
Be pursuing a first bachelor's degree;
Be enrolled as an undergraduate student at the University of Texas - Pan American;
Have completed at least 24 months of continuous full-time employment at UTPA by the application deadline;
