The law specifies that the cost of attendance should include tuition and fees and an allowance for living expenses, such as room and board, books and supplies, transportation and miscellaneous expenses. The following cost of attendance budgets are approved by the TEXAS Higher Education Coordinating Board on an annual basis and are based on an average figure.
