How much does it cost to attend UTPA for a semester?

Tuition and fees at UTPA are significantly lower than private colleges and equal to or lower than most four-year public colleges. Tuition and fees for an undergraduate student with Texas residency taking 12 semester hours of classes total approximately $1400 per semester. Texas resident graduate students pay approximately $1600 for the same number of hours. Nonresident tuition and fees for 12 hours for undergraduate and graduate students total approximately $4500 and $4700 respectively.
